About Me I’m I’ana aka MissFit, and i'm passionate about helping women transform their bodies and build confidence through fitness! My journey began back in high school, where I stayed active through track and dance. Growing up, I was naturally very slim, and I always dreamed of gaining healthy weight and building muscle to feel stronger and happier with my shape. When I started my fitness journey, my goal was simple: get thick. Over the years, I’ve worked hard, stayed consistent, and discovered the power of strength training and proper nutrition to become strong. Today, I’m proud to say I’ve gained over 30 pounds of muscle and built a body I love—and more importantly, a mindset that makes me feel unstoppable. Through this journey, I’ve found so much joy in helping other women achieve the same confidence I’ve gained. I know what it’s like to feel unsure about where to start or how to reach your goals, and I’m here to guide you every step of the way. I truly believe in the philosophy of “look good, feel good,” and I’m here to help you create a lifestyle that makes you feel strong, empowered, and beautiful—inside and out.
